Designed the pipeline: audio capture → transcription → LLM extraction → insight output. Launched ~10 pilot users; shut down after a few months — traction wasn't there, but the production lessons were invaluable.
  • Built Jarvis, a production AI assistant from scratch on the Hermes agent framework — designed the full orchestration stack: multi-model LLM routing across providers via the Venice API, persistent memory layer (Honcho) for cross-session context, cron-based autonomous agents for monitoring and curation, parallel subagent delegation for multi-step research workflows, browser automation, and code execution. Self-hosted, running 24/7 — not a demo.
