  • Built Jarvis, a production AI assistant from scratch on the Hermes agent framework. Multi-model LLM routing via the Venice API, persistent memory (Honcho), cron-based autonomous agents, and parallel subagents for research workflows. Self-hosted, running 24/7, not a demo.
  • Built Glance, an AI research app that turned podcasts and video into structured investment research: audio capture → transcription → LLM extraction → insight output. Launched to ~10 pilot users and shut it down after a few months. Traction wasn't there.

  • Led development of an autonomous social engagement platform from concept to beta: AI agents that analysed real-time trends and generated context-aware posts without human supervision.
  • Integrated five LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, DeepSeek) into a unified agent pipeline with provider-level routing per task. Wired live data from Santiment, CoinGecko, and X API as real-time signals.
  • Designed a click-to-chat configuration flow that collapsed agent setup time from hours to under 3 minutes.

  • Co-led development of three AI and Web3 products from blank page to launch, across product strategy, user research, and technical delivery inside Temasek's emerging-tech venture studio.
  • Architected a multi-blockchain analytics platform that surfaced real-time market trends and valuation signals; used by internal investment teams.
  • Led the Authentick Technologies spin-off as technical product lead through beta and technical due diligence.
  • Built high-availability backend systems handling thousands of concurrent users across multiple product lines.
